In December I made a pilgrimage to see the intriguing site in Potsdam outside Berlin that she wrote about in The House at the Bridge. The house was newly hidden by scaffolding and my inquiries 'round the neighborhood re: what was happening or who was doing it produced nothing. I'm dying to find out the disposition of the house.
